Shishkabob Marinade

SHISHKABOB MARINADE 
3/4 cup oil 
1/3 cup soy sauce 
2 T worchester sauce 
1T dry mustard 
1 teasp salt 
1 teasp pepper 
1/4 cup red wine vinegar 
1 clove garlic 
parsley 
2 T lemon juice 
2 T oj concentrate 

brown sugar

mix together and marinate the meat for 1 -2 hours or overnite.....

Also....
My favorite way to cook shrimp:
I buy the jumbo fresh or frozen shrimp already peeled and deveined. Thaw & dry. toss with olive oil, S & P. Put on single layer on cookie sheet. 400 degress 10 minutes.

Chicken:
I buy split breasts, skin on, bone in.

rub olive oil on skin, season w/ S & P. Bake 350 degrees 40 minutes. Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes, then shred or eat w/out skin. Always perfect and moist!
