Angelas Chicken

ANGELAS CHICKEN - 

1. Set chicken on metal cooling rack oven baking sheet with foil 
2. boil at 10-12 degrees below for 5-7 minutes per side (or grill to char) 
it should be slightly blackened edges. 
3. Dice onion, and melt 2 T butter in sauce pan. Saute ginger and garlic + 1 T salt. 
4. Add 3 T garam masala (start with 2 T)  Add tomatoes.  Add 1 T sugar. 
5.  Simmer for 5” (call ang) minutes . Puree.  Add 1 cup heavy cream. 

6. Cut up chicken and add to sauce.  Serve with cilantro and naan.
