peach butter
2 large peaches (or 4-5 small)
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon corn starch
1/2 cup water
put in blender
let boil about 3-5 min until thickened and it sets
remove from stove. add 2 Tablespoons butter & 1/4 tsp almond extract
